When you employ a caterer, you have the right to expect fine food and superb, personal service; but Compton & Greenland appreciates that there is more to a great event than simply fine food alone.

Main Ballroom set for a Conference

Royal Botanical Gardens offers a variety of unique locations able to seat 30-300 guests for your special event.

Turner Pavilion

The Turner Pavilion is located in the Rose Garden and has indoor seating for up to 60 guests. Minimum number of 30 guests. With a large deck overlooking a lush ravine and green and white ivy lattice papered walls indoors with a pagoda ceiling there is a natural feel to the building. The large picture windows overlooking Royal Botanical Gardens' fabulous rose beds allow lots of natural light into the area. With potted annuals scattered around the deck, the scent of roses and the rustled of the wind through the trees it is the perfect location for a less formal party. Brides having their reception here can have their ceremony on the elevated area of the deck while the sun envelops them in a soft glow, when the weather cooperates.

Please note the tables and chairs that are in the Turner Pavilion must be used. There is no overhead sound system and the Turner Pavilion is not set up for audio/visual.

Rental fee 785.00 (including taxes)

The Gardens' Café
Seating for up to 120 guests at round tables for eight. Minimum number of 80 guests. Large dance floor, seasonal use of Spicer Court. The Gardens Café has large greenhouse style windows overlooking a gorgeous landscaped garden. Plants, trees and a fountain add ambience to your special occasion. Includes audio system, podium and microphone.

Rental fee $775.00 (price does not include G.S.T.)

Hall B
Hall B is located at RBG Centre and has seating for up to 150 guests. Minimum number of 80 guests. This hall has a neutral natural décor accented with lush greenery and hanging baskets. There are hardwood floors, soaring ceilings and a large picture window wall overlooking a flagstone courtyard that brings the outdoors in. With this hall guests have the use of our beautiful Foyer for cocktails.

Rental fee $660.00 (including taxes)
(Fridays and Sundays only)

Rose Garden Tent

This is the perfect setting for your dream wedding. Surrounded by trees and our award-winning Rose Gardens, the tent will comfortably accommodate 200 for receptions leaving space for a dance floor. Does not include chairs, tables, stemware, flatware, china and linens.

Rental fee $1985.00 (price does not include G.S.T.)

The Main Ballroom
Seating for up to 300 guests at round tables of eight, with a large dance floor, decorated with plants, trees and hanging baskets for your special day. Adjacent to a beautiful foyer and atrium for your cocktail reception. Includes seasonal use of the canopied courtyard. Also includes audio system, podium and microphone.

Rental fee $1985.00 (price does not include G.S.T.)

Wedding Ceremonies at the Gardens

Royal Botanical Gardens offers three lovely areas for wedding ceremonies.

Royal Court
Available from May to September, this is an idyllic setting for an intimate ceremony. There is seating for up to 140 guests. Sheltered by a canopy, this lovely outdoor courtyard has lush foliage and water features.
Ceremony only $650.00
Ceremony with a booked reception $500.00

The Rose Garden Tent
Imagine your ceremony under a tent in the Rose Garden ...what could be more romantic? The Rose Garden Tent is available from May to September with seating available for up to 350 guests.
Ceremony only $850.00
Ceremony with a booked Reception $675.00
(Chair and table rental in the Rose Garden Tent are additional.)

The Main Ballroom
A grand room for your special day. Available year round, our main ballroom has set the stage for many happy beginnings. Seating available for up to 350 guests.
Ceremony only $825.00
Ceremony with a booked Reception $650.00
