Many visitors to Royal Botanical Gardens visit one of the two full service teahouse located on the grounds. Both give you the chance to relax and enjoy a simple cup of herbal tea or a delicious lunch, while looking out at a spectacular view.

The Rock Garden Teahouse is located at the panoramic Rock Garden, which has a dizzying display of tulips in early spring. Guests can sit in the air-conditioned interior with its floor to ceiling windows and peach and green décor or choose to sit on the outdoor patio ringed with planters of annuals.

Distance from RBG Centre: 2 km (1 1/3 miles)
The Rock Garden Teahouse opens the last weekend of April and remains open through Labour Day in September.

The Teahouse at the Turner Pavilion more commonly referred to as the Rose Garden Teahouse is located in Hendrie Park where the Royal Botanical Gardens collection of spectacular roses bloom every summer. Guests can sit inside and look out over the groomed rose beds or on the large back deck overlooking the naturally wooded Hendrie Valley.

Directly across the street from RBG Centre
The Rose Garden Teahouse opens June 1st and remains open through Labour Day in September. After Labour Day it is open Saturday and Sunday only through Thanksgiving.

Commencing July 9th to August 27th the Rose Garden Teahouse will be open for dinner every Wednesday evening at 5:30 P.M. for the Red Hot Jazz and Cool Blues Concerts.
To get to either teahouse guests must pay admission to Royal Botanical Gardens.
